By Kay Daly
Ingredients | The Batter | Pour And Flip | Serving Suggestions

What you'll need:

    A small (8- or 9-inch) skillet, preferably non-stick
    A spatula
    A 1/3-cup measuring cup

    1/4 teaspoon of salt
    2 cups of flour
    2 1/4 cups of milk
    1/4 cup of butter, melted
